Our Manufacturing Prowess
01. Precision Mixing
Raw materials like fly ash, lime, and cement are mixed with precision using automated systems to ensure consistent density.
02. Wire Cutting
The green cake is cut using high-tensile steel wires into perfect dimensions with zero variation, ensuring perfect masonry.
03. Steam Curing
Autoclaving under high pressure and temperature ensures the blocks gain maximum strength and structural stability.
